People who tell untruths and lies are individuals who are not being honest or truthful in their communication. This can include anyone from politicians and public figures to everyday people in their personal relationships. Lying can be a deliberate attempt to deceive or manipulate others, or it can be a result of fear, insecurity, or a desire to avoid consequences. Regardless of the reason, lying undermines trust and can have negative consequences for both the liar and those who are deceived. **

A lie is a deliberate false statement made with the intention to deceive or mislead someone. On the other hand, an untruth is a statement that is not true, but it may not necessarily be made with the intention to deceive. Untruths can be the result of misinformation, misunderstanding, or a mistake, whereas lies are intentionally deceptive. **

Brainwashing works by using various techniques to manipulate and control an individual's thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. These techniques can include repetition, isolation, sleep deprivation, and manipulation of information. The number of times something has to be said to a person until they believe an untruth can vary depending on the individual and the specific circumstances. Some people may be more susceptible to manipulation and may believe an untruth after hearing it only a few times, while others may be more resistant and require more repetition and reinforcement. **

It is always best to be honest with someone, especially if they are asking about your well-being. Lying to someone, even if it is to spare their feelings, can lead to a lack of trust in the relationship. It is important to communicate openly and honestly with others, even if the truth may be difficult to hear. It is possible to be tactful and considerate in how you deliver the truth, but ultimately honesty is the best policy. **
